Here’s how it works:
Four times a year an expert technician will visit your home or business to prevent and treat any pest issues you may have. The visits are tailored to the seasonal pests that may pose a problem during that timeframe and also general problems that may arise such as bees and wasps. Generally one visit will be scheduled for each season.
Environmentally responsible techniques are used for all services under the Home Protection Plan. These techniques help to minimize the amount of pesticides placed in your home. This is done through:
- Thorough inspections.
- Non-chemical monitors to help pinpoint pest activity.
- Careful, targeted applications.
- Customized treatment plan.
- Preventative measures such as deterrents and minor modifications to your home and surrounding environment.
- An individualized report which points out any conditions that could lead to infestation.
Free Emergency Response:
If there’s a problem anytime throughout the year we promise service by no later than the end of the next business day. There is no charge, emergency visits are included in the plan.
